Admitted Students' Day This event is exclusively for students who have been admitted to Hood College and is an opportunity to learn more about what it means to be a part of our thriving college community. During this program students have an opportunity to:
Financial Aid Nights This free workshop is designed to provide information on college costs and ways to pay for college, including financial aid programs available from the federal and state governments, strategies and tips for applying for financial aid, what to expect during the process, how to assess financial aid offers, scholarships and budgeting strategies. Workshops will be held on December 16, 2008, and January 14, 2009, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the Hodson Auditorium in Rosenstock Hall on the Hood College campus. Discover Hood Day Current students, faculty and staff members will be on hand to talk to you and your family about academics, life on campus, the financial aid process and anything else you want to know more about. Tours of the campus will be offered and you'll be invited to join us for a great brunch-on-us in our fabulous dining hall! The weekday campus visit experience is available everyday Monday through Friday. Each visit will include a meeting with an admissions counselor and a student led campus tour. Please choose your arrival time on the calendar. If you are unable to arrive at one of the times allotted please call us at 1-800-922-1599. Saturday Visit Days Register for a Saturday visit. An Admissions Counselor will be on hand to make a presentation and answer questions at 10 a.m. Student-led tours will follow the presentation.
